Case study

The easy half is finding the part

Iván co-founded Instapart, a used-auto-parts locator and marketplace, with work that ran through supplier relationships.

Locating and selling are separate achievements. A locator connects a request to a relevant, available item. A marketplace also has to turn interest into a completed transaction — and that second half rests on something most marketplace plans assume without checking: a supplier relationship is not live inventory.

What this record establishes

A historical co-founder role and the concept of the venture.

What it does not: Supplier count, deployed matching capability, transaction volume and commercial outcome are not established; the venture had other founders, not named here.
